2020-2021
Randolph Rocket
Sports Registration
Register: https://randolphhs-ar.rschooltoday.com/
Online registration is now open for the following sports and activities: Cheerleading, Speech, Visual Arts, Junior High & Varsity Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, and Softball, and JV & Varsity Dance. Just a reminder, there will be no paper registration this year and ALL registrations need to be completed online through the following website: https://randolphhs-ar.rschooltoday.com/. There will be a laptop available in the high school office for those who do not have a computer and internet access. Please email Mr. Soule (soulea@district195.org) if you will be coming into school to register.
Follow these steps to help you during the registration process:
-
Create New Family Account and remember to save your user name and password. You will use this the rest of the time your children participate in activities at Randolph High School and if you happen to forget your login information please contact Mr. Soule at soulea@district195.org. The first time you login and register will be the longest and most time consuming time. All registrations the rest of the school year and in the future should be fairly quick because all of your information will already be submitted. You will be able to add children at anytime by clicking on the “Register New Student” drop down box.
-
Select Activities. You can select just the fall or the activities that the student athlete will be participating in during the school year. If your child is in 7th or 8th grade they will register in Junior High and 9th - 12th grade will be registered as a varsity participant. 7th and 8th grade dancers will register as “JV”. There is only one level in cheerleading, speech, and visual arts.
-
Parent/Guardian Information is basic and information for at least one parent or guardian is required. It would be helpful to have information for both.
-
Physicals. Due to COVID, if your physical was to expire anytime from March, 2020 - the end of the 2020-2021 school year the MSHSL granted a one year extension to your physical. All students will need a physical on file to participate.
-
Medical/Emergency Contact Information. Not all boxes on this page are required. Please fill out as much as possible to assist coaches and school personnel if your child is injured and parents are not able to get in contact. The Emergency Contact Information should be for a trusted family member or family friend if parents are not able to be reached.
-
Other. There are two forms on this page. The first is the HIPPA form from the Mayo Clinic. By signing this form you are giving permission to our school athletic trainer to communicate injuries to their coaches. This information may include the nature of the injury, plan for treatment, expected recovery time, and expected time to return to play. The second form is the MSHSL eligibility form that all student-athletes in Minnesota have to complete to participate in MSHSL activities.
-
When the form is completed you may pay online with credit card. By clicking on pay later will allow you to pay with cash or check in person. If you receive free and/or reduced lunch please click on “pay later” and contact Mr. Soule.
